In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing account reconciliation, processing payments, verifying invoices and preparation of tax records. If you are detail-oriented and have an in-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, we want to hear from you.\ \ RESPONSIBILITIES:\ Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:

• Process Payables
• Create Disbursements
• Set up and verify new vendors
• Reconciliation of vendor statements to payables activity
• Invoice and purchase order discrepancy resolution
• Gather W-9s, as applicable and denote these as 1099 vendors in the system
• Verify and generate 1099 & 1096 information and forms
• Filing and record retention
• Cross-train and back up accounting team as needed
