Machinist - Louisville, OH - JOB 24-00107 Salary: $21.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits The job involves coordinating shipping and receiving operations, organizing parts for production, and maintaining company trucks and forklifts. REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent • 2-4 years of related experience or training • Ability to read and understand instructions • Basic math skills and reasoning abilities • Computer proficiency (Job Boss, Customer Database) • A valid Ohio driver's license is required • The job also requires physical fitness, including the ability to stand, use hands, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform various physical tasks as needed. • Setting up fixtures and tooling • Creating and running CNC programs • Operating CNC vertical mills and/or lathes • Troubleshooting and finding solutions • Ensuring adherence to quality processes • Reading and interpreting drawings • Maintaining equipment and work areas • Promoting a safe working environment • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
