The Advanced Care Center of Butler is a comfortable and home-like 29-bed skilled nursing center that provides high quality short-term rehabilitation services and comprehensive nursing care to help individuals successfully return to home. Working in partnership with the Director of Nursing, the Clinical RN Supervisor directs the activities of the nursing staff. This management includes, but is not limited to, healthcare services, financial security, supervising CQI opportunities and regulatory compliance. Responsible for creating a balance between an efficient health care center and a home-like environment. Clinical RN Supervisor working any shift acts as a supervisor to all disciplines. Qualifications Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two years long term care experience, including supervisory experience. A Registered Nurse, must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possess a current licenses, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
